About delivery windows

Delivery windows define the dates and times when customers can receive their orders. You can create delivery windows in two ways:

Create a single delivery window

Use this option to add delivery windows one at a time. This is ideal for:

• Weekly menus with limited windows
• Creating one window per zone

Create bulk delivery windows

Use this option when you need to set up multiple delivery windows at once. This is best for:

• Multiple delivery zones that operate on the same schedule
• Menus that span longer than a week, requiring consistent recurring delivery windows
