Cooks, chefs and any food business using Cookaborough’s software platform can benefit from a discount between 25% and 35% on many items such as packaging* with Chef’s Hat. Chef's Hat is the largest family-owned and operated hospitality supplier in Australia. 

Eco-friendly packaging 

Chef’s Hat offers eco-friendly alternatives from a wide variety of brands including Biopak, Greenmark by Detpak and I am not Paper. They can also procure specific product lines should there be one you are looking for that they don’t currently stock. 

Next day delivery 

Victorian businesses can enjoy next day delivery to most towns and cities, with a 3 day average delivery time to other States and Territories. 

How to get set up 

Option 1 

Call Chef’s Hat on 03 9682 1441 and ask for help on how to set up your account as one of our Cookaborough customers.

Fill out the online form here. If you do not have an ABN please contact Chef’s Hat on 03 9682 1441. 

*IMPORTANT: In the Delivery times or special requirements field, write: “Cookaborough Customer”

Once you have submitted the form, an email confirmation will arrive between 1-5 days later with all your account details and instructions on how to log into your account. 

Already have a Chef’s Hat Account?

If you already have your own account with Chef’s Hat, call them and let them know to affiliate your existing account with Cookaborough so you can receive the discount. 

How to order online 

On the Chef’s Hat website, log in here.

Place the order. You will receive an email (usually within that day) which will have the freight cost included. You then can choose to accept or deny the order and associated freight charges. 

Note about freight

The freight cost cannot be calculated automatically at the time of checkout. Chef’s Hat works this way so they can keep the freight costs as low as possible and not charge you unnecessarily. You can call Chefs Hat before 3pm to be transferred to the freight department who can give you an idea of cost on the spot if this is more convenient. 

Note about prices

Your discounts will be automatically applied directly to your cart, so you will not see the RRP on your order. To compare retail prices you will need to search for the item on the Chefs Hat website without being logged in. 

For in-store orders 

If you tend to buy from the showroom in Melbourne, reference your account at the checkout aisle.
