Regenerate an invoice
You can generate an invoice for an order if any customer details have changed.
About regenerating invoices
When a customer's details change, you can regenerate invoices for their previous orders. The regenerated invoice will reflect any updated information.
Details that will update in the regenerated invoice include:
- Customer profile details - name, phone number, email address
- Fulfilment details - updated pickup or delivery information
- SaH or NDIS status - for example, if an application has since been approved
- SaH Care Provider or NDIS Plan Manager company name
- Care Manager / Care Contact details
