Edit fulfilment details for a customer's order
If you need to edit fulfillment details for a customer's order, you can do so within the Orders tab.
About fulfilment details
Customers may occasionally ask for the fulfilment details of their order to be changed/updated after the order has been placed. As a Cook, you can make these changes directly in the order, within the Orders tab.
Common fulfilment updates include:
Changing the delivery address
When a customer needs their order sent to a different location.
Switching between pickup and delivery
Customers may decide to collect their order instead of opting for delivery, or vice versa.
Modifying the fulfilment date
Adjusting the scheduled delivery or pickup date to better suit the customer's needs.
