About recipe table filters

The Recipe table in Cookaborough includes a range of filters to help you quickly find and manage your recipes.

You can filter by:

  • Recipe status (Draft, Final, Archived)
  • On Open Menu (To view if the recipe is used on an active menu)
  • Menu Section
  • Dietary tags
  • Ingredients (amount)
  • Preparation and storage notes (applied or not)
  • Image (uploaded or not)
  • GST (applied or not)
  • Tags

These filters make it easier to stay organised and ensure your recipes are complete and ready for publishing.

One particularly helpful filter lets you view recipes that are currently published on an open menu.

This allows you to:

  • Avoid accidentally reusing recipes
  • Identify which active recipes need updates
  • Review recipes for compliance

Using this filter is a great way to spot any important missing details (like dietary tags, preparation notes, or images) and make sure your published menu meets compliance standards.
