Place a phone or in-store order on behalf of a customer.
About assisted orders
Cooks can create orders on behalf of customers, including phone orders and in-store orders.
This feature is particularly helpful for supporting SaH and NDIS customers who may have difficulty ordering online independently.
Assisted orders also give Cooks greater control and flexibility, including the ability to:
- Override order deadlines
- Adjust item and delivery pricing
- Add (discretionary) assisted order fees
- Bypass minimum spend requirements if you choose to
