How to Export Support at Home (SaH) or NDIS Customer Data
Exporting SaH or NDIS data supports client management, tracking, communication, and record-keeping.

Exporting your Support at Home (SaH) or NDIS customer data allows you to:

  • Better manage customer relationships
  • Review customer application statuses
  • Access care provider or plan manager details
  • Contact providers or care managers when needed
  • Keep records for administrative purposes


Step 1: Open the Customers Page

From your Cookaborough dashboard:

  1. Click Customers from the left-hand menu
  2. Select either:
    • SaH customers
    • NDIS customers


This will display all customers within that program.


Step 2: Click Export

At the top-right of the customer list, click the Export button.


This will open the export options window.


Step 3: Choose Your Export Format

Select the file format you would like to download:

  • CSV — ideal for importing into other systems or basic spreadsheet use
  • Excel (.xlsx) — recommended for formatted reports and easier viewing


Once selected, the file will automatically download to your computer.


Step 4: Review Your Exported Spreadsheet

Open the downloaded spreadsheet to review your customer data.

Your export will include useful information such as:

  • Customer names
  • Contact information
  • Order and subscription details
  • Care provider details
  • Plan manager details
  • Care manager contact information
  • Application dates and statuses


This export can be used for:

  • Internal reporting
  • Care coordination
  • Contacting providers or plan managers
  • Administrative record keeping
  • Reviewing customer onboarding progress


Tip

Before sharing exported files, ensure customer information is handled securely and only shared with authorised staff or care providers.
