Enter a pre-approved SaH application
How to enter a pre-approved Support at Home (SaH) application so a customer can start ordering rebated meals immediately.

About entering pre-approved SaH applications

Cooks can enter a pre-approved Support at Home (SaH) application directly from their dashboard, under Customers > Profiles.


When an application is entered as pre-approved:

  • It is not sent to the Care Provider for review
  • The application is automatically approved
  • The customer receives an email confirming approval
  • The customer can start ordering rebated meals straight away


⚠️ This option should only be used where you have already received a referral or explicit written approval from the Care Provider.


Before entering a pre-approved application, ensure you have all required details:


  • Care Provider company name
  • Invoice email
  • Care Manager first and last name
  • Care Manager phone
  • Care Manager email
  • Internal ID (optional – typically used for a Purchase Order (PO) number)
  • Care Provider address (optional – if required on invoices)

If approval has not already been provided, you should create a standard application instead.
