About creating SaH or NDIS applications

Cooks can create Support at Home (SaH) or NDIS applications for customers from the Cook dashboard, within the customer’s profile.

When you create an application for a customer, it will be sent to the customer’s Care Provider or Plan Manager for review and approval. The customer won’t be able to place rebated meal orders until the application has been approved.

What if I already have approval from the Care Provider?

If you have already received explicit written approval from a Care Provider (for example, a referral directly from a Care Provider), you can enter a pre-approved application instead:
