View a customer’s application details
Learn how to view the status and details of a customer’s Support at Home or NDIS application.
About SaH and NDIS applications
Cooks can view the status of a customer’s Support at Home (SaH) or NDIS application directly from the Customers > Profiles area of the dashboard.
This allows you to:
- Check whether an application is Pending, Approved, or Rejected
- See key application details linked to a customer
- Understand whether a customer is able to place rebated orders
Applications are reviewed and approved by the Care Provider or Plan Manager, or by Cookaborough Support where appropriate.
