About pickup windows

Pickup windows define the dates and times when customers can collect their orders. You can create pickup windows in two ways:

Create a single pickup window

Use this option to add pickup windows one at a time. This is ideal for:

• Weekly menus with limited windows
• Creating one window per location

Create bulk pickup windows

Use this option when you need to set up multiple pickup windows at once. This is best for:

• Multiple pickup locations that operate on the same schedule
• Menus that span longer than a week, requiring consistent recurring pickup windows
