About delivery zones
Delivery zones allow Cooks to group a set of suburbs and apply different settings to each group. You may have multiple delivery zones to align with your delivery partner's service areas, or, to offer different settings such as specific order deadlines, delivery days, delivery fees, and minimum spend to qualify for free delivery.
Adding suburbs to a delivery zone can be time-consuming, especially if your delivery area is large. With the bulk import feature, you can upload multiple suburbs at once, making it easier to set up and adjust delivery zones as your business grows.
