Learn how to create a customer profile directly from your dashboard.
About creating customer profiles
You can now create customer profiles directly from your dashboard. This feature allows you to quickly create a standard customer profile on behalf of a customer, so you can help them get started without needing them to sign up online themselves. This is especially helpful when:
- A customer contacts you to place an order by phone or in person but hasn’t signed up yet
- The customer isn’t confident signing up online on their own
⚠️ Important to note:
Customer profiles are initially created as standard (non-government program) profiles. If the customer wants to order under Support at Home or NDIS, you’ll need to create an application for them after the profile has been created.
